Happy New Year!!

This year is a year of horse. This is the seventh animal in the 12 Chinese zodiac. More specifically, this is a Fire Horse year. Fire is one of the 10 Heavenly Stems and this combination of fire and horse comes around every 60 years.

Horse is a symbol of growth, health or good harvest. As the Heavenly Stem is 丙 (Hinoe) which is fire, this year will be a year of passion and change. 

This year I wrote 禅即行動 (Zensoku Kodo). It means, “don’t get stuck with your own thoughts and move right now”. This doesn’t mean act recklessly. Imagine the sky is turning orange with the sunset, you are already looking at it and amazed before thinking about it. Zensoku Kodo teaches you how to live in this moment. 

2026 is a year of passion and change. But keep being flexible to enjoy every changes.
